Our mission is to nourish the community in a delicious and sustainable manner, create a friendly and gracious atmosphere, and provide living wage jobs. We favor organic products and strive to source our ingredients as close to home as possible. Our kitchen is about 75% organic. This varies on any given day due to season and availability. Certain items are always organically grown; these include eggs, dairy products, grits, potatoes, and coffee.
